Hi, I’m Laura 👋 I’m a Reiki Master practitioner with a big love for supporting women’s wellbeing. Reiki came into my life at a time when I needed more balance and calm, and now I feel so grateful to be able to share it with others.

When I’m not holding space in Reiki sessions, you’ll usually find me out in nature, with my boys, or enjoying a nice cup of tea.

I’m a music lover, dancing queen, and leopard-print fan 👀 A self-confessed chocoholic who never says no to a spa day!

I’m thirty-something, a busy mum of two, often found at sports clubs in the wind and rain. Raised on 90s dance music, born in the West Midlands, and living in Devon since I was seven.

Life has its ups and downs, and I’ve faced many too. It’s never perfect — and nor am I! But I’m authentically myself (that’s been a journey 😅), perfectly imperfect, and here to support you.

I believe I’m fun, outgoing, and honest. I am caring, thoughtful, and supportive. My intention is to empower women to stand strong, be truly themselves, and shine bright in their own light!

My approach is gentle, heart-led, and all about helping you feel grounded, relaxed, and reconnected with yourself again.
